PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand and the amount of time it takes to custom-make each Keizaburo plane by hand, the current wait time is approximately one year between order and delivery.

We can accomodate any bedding angles for a Hira-ganna / smoothing plane. If it's steeper than 40 degrees, an additional charge will be required. Please contact us for more details.

I like the feel and look Of the Keizaburo planes and would highly recommend them to any craftsman. They are made to a very high standard and have a very nice ura and look to them. The quality is one of the best Kanna I have seen and you can truly feel the spirit of the blacksmith. The Dia was made by Mr. Inomoto a very skilled craftsman too.
